Yachting Magazine recently published its list of the 50 Best Yachting Towns across the United States. Though most of the towns are located along the East Coast, two Michigan cities, both homes to Prudential Preferred REALTORS offices, made the list — South Haven and Charlevoix.

Grand Rapids, MI will host the annual Festival of the Arts this year on June 3, 4, and 5, 2011. The Festival is the largest volunteer-organized arts festival in the country.

On April 29, 2011, Prudential Preferred, REALTORS participated in the Tri-County area’s Panhandle Area Community Expo.
The Expo was put on by the Montcalm County Panhandle Chamber of Commerce, offering a “Taste of the Panhandle Area” with selections from local eateries, and various entertainment options. In addition the Expo ran a “Shop Local” promotion, offering Expo attendees a chance at $250 in gift certificates redeemable at local merchants.
