Three Rivers Office Obtains Grant for Local Food Bank

Prudential Preferred, REALTORS® of Three Rivers is proud to announce a $1000 grant has been awarded to the St Joseph County Emergency Care Network, Inc. through the Prudential Foundation. Through the efforts of local agents, employees and customers as a part of Prudential’s Global Volunteer Day, the Three Rivers Prudential Preferred, REALTORS® office met requirements of the Prudential  challenge grant during a recent food drive.

To date, the Three Rivers Prudential Preferred, REALTORS® office has raised in excess of $9,400 in grants, cash and food donations for the Emergency Care Network in St Joseph County.

Congratulations to the St Joseph County Emergency Care Network, Inc. on being a recipient of the 2011 Prudential Challenge Grant.

Plainwell Office Recognized by Local Food Pantry

Prudential Preferred, REALTORS’ Plainwell office was named the Top Realtor by the Christian Neighbors Food Pantry for the 2011 Business Food Drive!

The community had 54 participating businesses this year, and the drive generated double the amount of food from last year. The food drive helped to get the pantry sufficiently stocked for increased needs in the area.

Prudential Preferred, REALTORS agent Susan Pyke (Oakland Dr. – Portage) has been recognized by the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS for her volunteer efforts and community involvement!

 

The 2011 Philip P. Perry Humanitarian Award winner, Susan Pyke, was announced at GKAR’s installation lunch on December 1, 2011. Susan will be presented the award at the next GKAR board meeting. Susan was not present at the installation lunch.

 

The Philip P. Perry Humanitarian Award was conceived upon the passing of distinguished GKAR member, Philip Perry in 2004. The Award is intended to honor the legacy of a member who devoted his or her lifetime to selfless humanitarian efforts. Nominees embody the spirit of selfless giving that was so important throughout Philip Perry’s life.

Susan was recognized for her work with Prudential’s Foundation, Prudential Day of Caring, her lifetime of volunteerism throughout the community and her dedication to the heart of our  Real Estate community.
